Life Changing

Ive never written an app review before, but I feel as though it would be wrong not to share my experience and show my immense gratitude. Ive had a really rough last 2-3 years and fell into a very dark place. I was horribly unhappy and self-loathing and I destroyed just about everything that was good in my life. My world completely fell apart and I had gotten progressively more and more messed up in the head and didnt think I could ever possibly find the strength to recover. I tried various antidepressants, and they only made me numb. I worked really hard to change things in my life and did get a little better over time, but I was still incredibly self-destructive and hated myself. I still used alcohol and drugs to feel better, or to feel less, I guess. Then I started a new semester of college and was still determined to get better, so one thing I did was start using this app every night. I also had been taking a supplement called Sam-E and upped it to 800mg (look it up!!). It took a while to notice a change in me and I didnt really even ever notice until I looked back months later. Because it took months to learn to change myself and my way of thinking and looking at life, and Im still learning and growing everyday. This app taught me to respect and take care of myself and that I dont have to be in a dark place. It taught me that I am in charge of my life and that I can change it. I listened to it every night (or tried to at least) for a month or two, or more. When I find myself slipping into old habits, I listen to it again and it helps pick me back up. It seems kind of ridiculous and like Im brainwashing myself, but I dont care. This app has changed my life and I am eternally grateful. Words cant even begin to describe. I bought all of his other apps too but have been too scared to deter from the Stress Free one for fear that it is whats holding me in such a good place right now, but I really want to try out the Procrastination and Positivity apps. Thank you do much for making this app. And EVERYONE SHOULD BUY AND USE IT!
