The best!

I have 6 in this series and love them all. When I got the first one, which was Relax, I fell asleep within 10 minutes. Andrews voice is like a lullaby putting me to sleep. I finally thought I should actually listen to the app the whole way through to make sure what Im subconsciously hearing. Great messages. Perfect sleep aid. Ive never made it through the whole program without falling asleep. For an insomniac, this is pretty much a miracle. But I bought six of them anyway! Just in case the hypnosis actually works.
